-We assume that you have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions agreement before ordering items from Nordisten.
-All products are used and sold in the condition they are at the moment.
-When ordering an item, remember that all products are old and have been used.
-We can not take any responsibility for customer using any electrical device or lighting purchased on our web store. We can not guarantee that they are safe to use (eg. bad connections or fire hazard). All responsibility is with the customer.
-If you need further information about the condition or ordering of an item, contact Nordisten before fulfilling the order.
-As we are selling USED vintage design, VAT is not included in the price (if otherwise is not stated). (AVL 79 a §, marginaalivero)
-Since we sell items at several places simultaneously, the customer that buys directly from us has the priority (if items are ordered from the web shop before we have removed the item from the online web store). In such cases, we will have to cancel the web store order.
-Items you want to buy are added to the cart when you push the button "add to cart". The cart is shown in every page in the upper right corner. For check-out, push the cart icon.
-The price will be shown in the shopping cart before finishing the order.
-When we have received you order, we will send you a confirmation of the order by email. Please, immediately check that all information in the email is correct.
-In addition to VISA and MASTER debit/credit cards, we also accept direct off-line (manual) payment. Contact Nordisten for further information at email@example.com.
-Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
-All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
-Purchased and payed items will be sent within one week from the date of your order confirmation. Durations might occure due to "force majeure" situations, such as, health condition and holidays.
-We ship internationally. Please contact Nordisten for shipping outside Europe.
-You can also pick up your purchased item at our store warehouse. Please contact Nordisten before picking up item, to decide time of visit.
-We can also bring ordered items to your address in Turku and neighbouring areas.
-At the moment, delivery in Turku and neighbouring areas is free.
-For shipping fees in the rest of Finland , please contact Nordisten.
-For shipping to other EU countries and Internationally, always contact Nordisten to make the necessary arrangements
-Please contact Nordisten for shipping of bigger items. If you have any questions regarding shipping, please contact Nordisten.
-When receiving your order, please check immediately that the item is the same as in your received confirmation email.
-THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY POSSIBLE CUSTOMS DUTY IF OTHERWISE IS NOT AGREED
-If you want to cancel your order, it has to be done before the order has been send for delivery. Please call Nordisten +3583432575 as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order.
-We are not responsible for any refunds after item has been sent.
-You have the right to return a purchased item 14 days after arrival.
-If you want to return the item within 14 days upon arrival, you have to write an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. (including your name, address, email, order number, date and description of item)
-The item has to be in the same condition as upon arrival.
-If the ordered item is damage, please contact the delivery company.
